When you submit a quiz or contact form, we collect:

• WhatsApp number (if provided)
• Company name (if provided)
• Quiz answers (your stated business preferences)

When you visit the site, we automatically collect:

• Browser type and user agent string
• Pages visited and interaction data (via Google Analytics)
• Referral source

2.3 Cookies

We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and to remember your cookie consent preference. We do not use cookies for advertising unless you accept them. You can decline cookies via the consent banner when you first visit.

3. How we use your data

• Lead referral: Your contact details and quiz answers may be shared with third-party service providers so they can contact you with quotes or information. By submitting the form, you consent to this.
• Email communication: We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to send you a confirmation email and occasional follow-up emails related to your inquiry. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
• Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Analytics data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
• Lead scoring: We use your quiz answers to categorise leads (e.g., by urgency and readiness). This categorisation is used to prioritise our follow-up process.

4. Where your data is stored

• Supabase (database): Your lead data is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database. Supabase data centres may be located outside the UAE.
• Brevo (email): Your email address and name are stored in Brevo for email communication. Brevo is GDPR-compliant and data is processed in the EU.
• Vercel (hosting): The website is hosted on Vercel. Server-side functions may execute in various regions.

5. Data sharing

We may share your data with:

• Third-party service providers who may contact you regarding your inquiry (lead referral)
• Email service provider (Brevo) for transactional and marketing emails
• Analytics provider (Google) for site usage data

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with any party not listed above.

6. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, or as required by law. Lead data is typically retained for 24 months from the date of submission. You may request deletion at any time (see section 7).

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for marketing emails (unsubscribe link in every email)
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Access to our database is restricted to authorised personnel only. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
