Health Insurance Dubai
Health insurance is mandatory for all employees and their dependents in Dubai (regulated by DHA) and Abu Dhabi (regulated by DOH/HAAD). Employers must provide at minimum an Essential Benefits Plan (EBP) that covers basic medical needs.

- Essential Benefits Plan: minimum AED 150,000 annual coverage
- Includes outpatient, inpatient, and emergency care
- Maternity coverage after waiting period
- Pre-existing conditions covered after waiting period
- Dental and optical may require enhanced plans
